Chris Chapman

Chris Chapman is our honorary treasurer. Chris is a qualified accountant with over 27 years of experience in senior financial roles in the financial services sector, later moving his focus to the not-for-profit sector. He has now retired but was most recently the Finance and Operations Director at Mental Health Innovations, a charity running the Shout 85258 text messaging support service for anyone struggling to cope. Prior to that he was the Finance and Operations Director at Think Ahead, a charity providing a fast-track programme for graduates into mental health social work. In his roles in the charity sector he has had responsibility for managing the financial security, operational efficiency and strategic direction of the organisations. His roles have encompassed responsibility for finance, corporate governance, HR, risk and other operational support.
