David is a mental health service user with 30 years’ experience of supporting organisations to undertake effective user, carer and citizen engagement.

David Woodhead PhD

David Woodhead leads our research team, with a particular interest in issues relating to racism, the criminal justice system and LGBT health

Dr Ariel Breaux Torres

Dr. Breaux Torres is a Licensed Clinical and Forensic Psychologist in the US and a passionate advocate for racial justice and anti oppression. 

Dr Emma Tiffin

Emma has worked in mental health clinical leadership roles for over 15 years, and was recently awarded the Health Education England “East of England Leadership Award for Service Improvement and Innovation”.

Ed Davie

Ed is our Policy & Public Affairs Lead. He is is passionate about reducing health inequalities by addressing social and environmental determinants.

Emma Mamo

Emma is a workplace wellbeing, mental health, and social change expert who is committed to ensuring mental health is recognised as a fundamental priority in public policy and society.

Geena Saini

Geena worked as a researcher and the main statistician at the Centre for two years and is now an Assistant Psychologist at a Cognitive Impairment and Dementia Service.

Graham Durcan

Graham is a Senior Fellow at the Centre. A psychiatric nurse by training, his research work has had a particular focus on the criminal justice system.

Hannah Bevis

Hannah is our Internal Business Administrator. She provides administrative support across the organisation.
