Anna Iskander-Reynolds

Anna brings a unique blend of systems thinking, creative problem-solving and project management skills to our research. She has a strong track record of delivering mixed research and evaluation methods, including participatory and facilitation approaches, to help gain deeper insights into complex issues and service evaluations.

With over 13 years of experience working in community development, Anna is passionate about addressing inequality and promoting diversity and inclusion. She is particularly interested in exploring the strengths and communication styles of neurodivergent individuals, and how these can be leveraged to improve mental health and create positive opportunities.
