Laura is a researcher, development manager and organisational consultant specialising in the fields of mental health, complex needs and organisational wellbeing.
She is accomplished in leading developmental projects using a theory of change approach, and in forming and facilitating multi-agency partnerships to establish creative responses to shared problems.
Laura’s main areas of interest and expertise are:
- Mental health and wellbeing in the workplace – training and consultancy
- System change in response to complex needs – multi-stakeholder group facilitation
- Making evaluations work for those involved – using an action research approach
