Rachel has over 30 years’ experience of supporting public sector organisations, voluntary organisations and communities to plan and evaluate. Having begun her career with the Institute for Employment Studies, she moved into consultancy before establishing Papworth Research & Consultancy Ltd in 1997. She holds a post-graduate qualification in Applied Social Research and has worked for a wide range of clients including local and national community and voluntary organisations, local authorities, regeneration partnerships and education and training providers.
