IPS implementation training for managers

Dates: 20 May 2025

Times each day: 09:15 – 16:30 with regular breaks and an hour for lunch

Delivered: Live online via Zoom

Price: £210 + VAT per person (£252 total)


About this course

This new, 1-day course is designed for IPS managers and team leaders who are preparing to deliver IPS within the Connect to Work setting. It offers an introductory understanding of IPS and explores fidelity to the model from an implementation perspective.

This course is not suitable for employment specialists.

The training will cover:

  • Employer engagement using the IPS model
  • The principles of IPS
  • Fidelity to the model
  • What is expected from employment specialists
  • What is expected from IPS team leaders and supervisors
  • Integration in the Connect to Work setting

Payment methods

We accept payment by invoice only and we will collect the necessary information in the booking form.


Cancellation policy

Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the course are subject to full payment.
Cancellations made more than 2 weeks before the course have the option to transfer to a different date or receive a refund.
Please note that transfers are not possible with less than 2 weeks’ notice. In the unlikely event that Centre for Mental Health needs to cancel a course, delegates will be offered a place on the next available course or a full refund. By completing the booking form, you agree to these terms.
